Limited Lifetime Warranty
This Limited Lifetime Warranty offered by FastlightsLEDs covers defects in
material or workmanship in new FastlightsLEDs products.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Only consumers purchasing FastlightsLEDs products from
authorized FastlightsLEDs retailers or resellers or through
www.fastlightsleds.com may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.
Who is Covered: Our Warranty covers the Original purchaser of our products

What is covered?
FastlightsLEDs will replace at no charge to the original purchaser for parts only
or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective
because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation,
use, service and maintenance.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
Lifetime to Original Purchaser: Led Lights
2 Years to Original Purchaser: Led Controllers, Remote kefobs and batteries
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover?
Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by:
A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in
material or workmanship.
B. Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear,
improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence,
accident or alteration.
C. Accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not
manufactured by FastlightsLEDs.
D. Additional Installation
Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or
tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or
external cover unless instructed to do so by a service representative of
Consequential Damage:
Our warranty does not cover any consequential damage. FastlightsLEDs shall
not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. Our
Liability is limited strictly to the replacement of the items purchased.
How to File a Claim:
To request warranty service, you will need to contact Customer Support via Email
at support@fastlightsleds.com
Provide the following information in your request.
1. Your name address and phone number
2. The Date and place of purchase on Original Receipt.
3. Year, Make and Model of your Motorcycle
4. Clear description and picture of the problem in as much detail as possible.
After review by customer service you will be required to mail the defective part
back with a copy of the Original Proof of Purchase to:

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the defective
product to our location.
Shipping and Handling Charge:
There will be a flat rate of $ 8.50 charged for Shipping and Handling on all
warranty exchanges.
